Bulletproof Coffee has gone viral as an efficient weight loss diet.

The recipe is a rage in recent months but in fact it has been around for ages and people have come to realize its benefits late.

The ingredients used include coffee, butter and coconut oil. While most individuals will feel odd about blending butter with their coffee, it has been a tradition in different cultures. People in Tibet simply love it for its flavor while Ethiopians confirm that it is a very common add-on.

According to WGNO, the bulletproof coffee has the capability to stimulate energy and increases focus. For obese individuals, it strongly prevents their craving to eat and stimulates weight loss in an efficient manner. The coffee also provides strength to the body without relying on inflammatory sugar substances.

The recipe is quite simple. Start by brewing 8 ounces of fresh coffee and mix it with two tablespoon of saltless butter. Add some coconut oil, preferably one or two tablespoons to blend the mixture until a creamy froth is acquired.

By consuming the bulletproof coffee, users acquire 430 calories in total with 50 grams fat but it doesn't have protein, fiber, with only slight quantity of vitamins and minerals.

Coconut oil is a good ingredient to keep the hunger pangs under control while promoting good cholesterol in the body. However, as it increases the calorie count, weight loss enthusiasts can consider replacing it with egg or yogurt, suggests The National. It helps cut down the calorie to 300, making it an efficient weight loss drink.
