Verne Troyer is popular among his fans because of his brilliant portrayal in Austin Powers, as Mini-Me. He was admitted in hospital following a seizure but the actor tweeted a couple of hours later that he's alright and there's nothing to worry about.
Troyer was attending a meet and great event at the Texas comic con when he suddenly suffered a seizure. People who were at the venue said that the actor had trouble breathing at the time before he was rushed to hospital, in case if he needs intense treatment.
A fan who was with him reported that she was scared to see him seizing and start spitting globs of blood. She was really horrified before the actor was moved to the hospital, reports the Dailymail.
Even though, he was under treatment for some time, Troyer didn't make his fans wait anxiously and tweeted right from the hospital. He said, "Everything's fine here, guys. Thanks a lot for your concern." Following his tweet, his avid fans took to social media platforms to express their delight. They were glad that their favorite actor is doing well.
Troyer has played some memorable roles in the "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" and "Gold Member". After a short gap, he got another amazing role in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" which continued till the seventh installment of the series, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The 2 feet 8 inch actor has a cool attitude which he confirmed by posing next to a life-sized figure of Yoda from the Star Wars series and commented, "Oh my god, Yoda's taller than I am."
