Actor Miles Teller shared his thoughts on his upcoming superhero film reboot "Fantastic Four." Also, celebrity stylist Jordan Blackmore reveals the secret to Teller's wavy hair.
In his interview with Movie Fone, the "Insurgent" actor expressed his excitement when he first saw the sizzle trailer of "Fantastic Four." He added that they are "taking a lot from the "Ultimate Fantastic Four"" and he mentioned that they were "humanizing the characters" in a manner that fans have not witnessed before. Teller even also shared his excitement to do the film's sequel.
"I mean, the more superhero stuff you get to do, the cooler it is," he said.
On the other news, celebrity stylist Blackmore reveals how to get Teller's perfect wavy hair in The GQ Eye.
"It's an effortless look," he said.
For the cut, it is a scissor over comb cut, which entails no use of clippers. He describes the cut to be "half an inch at the nape, 1 inch on the sides, and 2 inches on top." In order for the hair to be naturally wavy in style, men can use Oribe's Grandiose Mousse mixed with Oribe's Fiber Groom. He instructs that wavy-haired men can skip the mousse. Blackmore also recommended that it is best to style the hair while it is wet using a crimping method to form the curls. He did not advise to use a brush, since a natural blow dry will do.
"Fantastic Four" is an upcoming superhero film about four young scientists acquiring superhuman abilities from a teleportation experiments. They are to use their superpowers to save the planet from a rising oppressor.
The film will star Teller as Reed Richards/ Mister Fantastic, Kate Mara as Susan Storm/ Invisible Woman, Michael Jordan as Johnny torm/ Human Torch, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/ The Thing, and Toby Kebbell as villain Victor Domashev/ Doom.
Josh Trank is set to helm the film, together with Avi Arad, Gregory Goodman, Simon Kinberg, Cliff Lanning, Stan Lee, Mark Millar, Hutch Parker, and Matthew Vaughn as co-producers. Simon Kinberg, Jack Kirby, Stan Lee, and Jeremy Slater are the film writers.
Filming took place in Baton Rouge in Louisiana, United States. Principal photography started on May 5 last year. The film is to be distributed by 20th Century Fox, along Marvel Entertainment and Marv Films as production companies.
A full trailer is assumed to be released on May 1 this year, along with the premiere of "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron."
"Fantastic Four" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on August 7 this year.
