Rihanna's new single is finally here. After torturing her fans for 24 hours, the singer has released her new track "B----h Better Have My Money." The song is now available on iTunes.
The pop star tweeted the link to down load the song on Thursday afternoon, after teasing the fans with cover art of the song a day earlier on Instagram. The snippets of the song was released exclusively on the lip-synching app Dubsmash before its full version was released.
The track, which is expected to be part of Rihanna's upcoming album, is co-produced by Kanye West with additional production from Travis Scott and Wonda Girl. Rihanna's last release "FourFiveSeconds" was also a joint production with West and Sir Paul McCartney.
Meanwhile, New York Daily News has passed the new track as "more a riff than a song." The song is called a repetitive, half-sung/half-rapped piece of attitude which is a result of the collaboration with the rapper West. "BBHMM" is deemed as the hardest club banger by the singer to date, and is quite a shift from her last gentle, acoustic track.
On the other hand, Rihanna's fans are waiting desperately for her eighth album. Her last album "Unapologtic" came in 2012. The singer and her fans often use "R8" as a moniker to refer to her long-awaited album.
Rihanna is rumoured to be planning a tour with West, starting this summer. By that time, the singer is expected to release a full album or a couple of more songs. Earlier this month, the "Umbrella" hit maker had posted previews of two other new songs as well. The full version of those tracks has not been released yet.
The 27-year-old singer will perform the newly released track at the upcoming iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CBS News reported.
