Angelina Jolie Wins Best Villain Award In Kids' Choice Awards 2015; Delivers A Very Inspiring Message

At 2015 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards at the Forum in Inglewood, California, Hollywood A-lister Angeina Jolie had not only won the best villain award for the movie "Maleficent," but she also gave a very inspiring acceptance speech to the event's young crowd.

In her speech, Jolie said that when she was little, she was told she was different. She then told the young crowd to not just sit still and do not ever try to do less than they are capable off. She ended her speech by saying that when someone tells them that they are different, they have to be proud and smile and added that doing a little trouble is okay, and it will in fact do good for them, Variety reported. 

According to Hollywood Reported, the event has drawn at least 17,500 screaming fans, one of the events largest crowd estimate since its conception. The event was hosted by Nick Jonas, who has kicked off the party with a medley of his songs. Jonas was welcomes by a video montage of celebrity A-listers such as Taylor Swift, Heidi Klum. The star studded front row also welcomed the 1/3 of the band.

Jonas addressed the crowd after his performance by saying that a lot of girls in the house are still struggling after One Direction became two directions. He also poked fun of himself by saying what's next, the Jonas Brother?

The first award of the night went to Emma Stone for favorite movie actress category. Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting followed shortly and Kevin James presented Liam Hemsworth for the favorite male action star category, while, Jennifer Lawrence, who was not in the event, bagged the favorite female action star. 

Aside from Jonas' performance, artists Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Hudson also performed their single 'Trouble'. Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer closed the night with their hit 'What I Like About You.'
