Alyssa Milano's breast milk bottles were bizarrely confiscated at the Heathrow Airport in London, which upset the actress very much.
Milano reportedly said that in spite of the fact that there are so many bigger issues which should seek attention of the people, all everyone is doing is confiscation breast milk bottles, reported Celebrity Babies. She further added that she feels truly honored and blessed to have gotten the chance to breast feed her children.
For Milano, every ounce of breast milk that is produced by her body is nothing short of a miracle, That whole scene which happened at the airport really broke her heart because all that miracle milk was being thrown away without any good reason, Daily News reported.
Also, Milano said that she was not feeling bad because her baby will not get to use those bottles of breast milk, but the fact that no one listened to her and took an impulsive decision is what is making her angry and sad. She felt that the airport security is not at fault here as they were simply following the protocols which their job demands them.
What it all boils down to is that some of the policies need to be changed in order to make the passengers more comfortable and in charge. Milano felt that this act needs some careful reconsideration so that it does not happen in the future with her or anyone else.
The actress feels really glad and happy to have started a dialogue like this which could help mothers like her who like to bottle their breast milk.
Milano has two children, son Milo Thomas, three and a half years old, and daughter Elizabella Dylan, seven months old.
