Bobby Brown almost broke down during his first stage performance since the hospitalization of his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, before rushing back to Atlanta to be by her bedside.

The singer was performing at pre-scheduled Soul Food festival in Los Angeles on Saturday. The 46-year-old singer was evidently disturbed as he talked about his comatose 21-year-old daughter.

"Rough times are rough times. Hard times are hard times," said the singer in an emotional speech after his opening song, E!News reported. "I don't know what the hell I'm going through right now, but I'm giving it to God." Watch the footage below.

The singer belted out his hit numbers like "Roni" and "My Prerogative" to the cheering crowd. People stated that the singer immediately took a return flight to Atlanta so as to be with his bedridden daughter in the least possible time.

Kristina, the only child of Brown and late legendary singer Whitney Houston, is currently on life support system in a medical rehab centre in Atlanta. The celebrity child was rushed to hospital on Jan 31 after being discovered lying unconscious in a bathtub of her residence in Georgia and remains in medically induced coma since then.

Brown rushed to be by her bedside since the tragedy struck the family. The R&B singer postponed many tours and concerts, including a mini Australia tour, to maintain a vigil on his daughter's medical condition. The Australia tour was scheduled in March which is now rescheduled in May. The singer  is reportedly under pressure from the promoters to perform at the concert in Australia and is expected to take the tour in May.

Meanwhile, it is reported that Brown is expecting his sixth child in July. The singer is currently married to his long time girlfriend Alicia Etheredge-Brown, who is pregnant with their second child.
