Moviegoers will be taken to various landmarks in Paris through the upcoming film "Paris Holiday."

“Paris Holiday,” top-billed by Hong Kong star Louis Koo and Taiwan singer/actress Amber Kuo, is set to land on Chinese theaters in summer, as announced at a media event in Beijing.

The movie, set in the romantic city of Paris, follows the story of mismatched roommates who later fall in love with each other. The pair will let the audience tour at the city's renowned landmarks including the Eiffel Tower and Triumphal Arch.

According to Koo, he agreed to take the role in the movie "after reading the script for five minutes."

"It's an unlikely romance movie. Love is to do the right thing with the right person in the right timing. But in this movie, the rule is broken," the Hong Kong top star said.

James Yuen, the film's director, said that the lovers' relationship in the story is akin to a rabbit-wolf connection--tense and at the same time, delicate.

"The rabbit (symbolizing the male role) is almost eaten by the wolf (the female role)," revealed the director.

Earlier in October, the pair shared how they are looking forward to work together in the movie.

"Amber and I met for the first time when we were filming commercial. To me, she's very refreshing and confident," Koo recalled, also sharing that he has watched some of Kuo's movies such as "Au Revoir Taipei."

Asked about her co-star, Kuo said: "Louis is a very cool senior. Every time I see him, I want to cheer him up. If I can do so this time, I would feel very proud."

"Paris Holiday" also stars Alex Fong, Jeremy Tsiu, Janice Man and Candy Liu.
