Although a representative has denied the claims, it is highly expected that superstars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are going to expand their brood. The power couple is reported to be in look out for a girl child from war torn Syria to add in their family of eight.

"Now she has sorted out her health issues, she and Brad believe the time is right to adopt another orphan from there, most likely a daughter," said an insider in reference to Jolie's emotional reaction at the plight of orphans in the disturbed area, Express reported.

The Brangelina couple already has six children, three adopeted kids from different countries and three biological children. Multiple reports claim that the couple is still eager to expand their family and are looking for a Syrian girl this time. The adoption process is expected to get completed by this summer, Mirror reported.

As a special envoy for the UN High Commissioner, the 39-year-old actress has made at least at least six visits to Syrian refugee camps since 2012. The star has reportedly moved to tears on several occasions while discussing the current situation of the orphans in the country.

According to latest figures, there are approximately 70,000 children in Syria who have lost their fathers and a further 3,700 kids who are separated from both of their parents as they are either killed or imprisoned. Back in November 2013, the "Salt" actress had appealed to the world to save "traumatised, isolated and suffering Syrian children from catastrophe."

The actress has just recovered from a life changing surgery in which both of  her ovaries are removed to avoid the spread of a deadly cancer. As a result Jolie could not have any more biological children. Despite the setback, close family friend confirmed that the couple is eager to welcome one more child in their multiracial family.
