The AMC period drama "Mad Men" has reached its climax. The show will air its series and Season 7 finale on Sunday, May 17, 2015. The Episode 14 of "The End of an Era" is titled "Person to Person" and will be a two-hour segment. The final episode will see how it all ends for the fan-favourite characters. The network continues to keep the details about the show's finale vague. But fans must brace themselves to learn the fate of their favourite characters on "Mad Men." According to the synopsis (via AMC), the finale will see the conclusion of Don Draper's story. At the same time, fans will also see how things end for his family and colleagues.

Meanwhile, several theories about the series finale are floating around. According to iDigital Times, there are theories claiming Don Draper will die, or live the life of an alcoholic or will be diagnosed of brain tumour. Another theory states that he might D.B. Cooper. What really happens remains to be seen.

Speaking to Deadline, actor John Slattery, who plays the role of Roger Sterling, revealed what to expect from "Mad Men" Season 7 finale. He said the end of the series is tied up well with the rest of it. Slattery states that it's "both unpredictable" and "totally organic to the story that's come before."

"It's remarkably well connected to the beginning of the series and the whole series as an arc. It just connects the dots of all of it. It's pretty remarkably structured," Slattery elaborated.
