"Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star Mama June is threatening to sue TLC if the cable network does not bring back her family reality show following the controversy involving "19 Kids And Counting" star Josh Duggar.

Mama June's lawyer told TMZ that he gave TLC the demand on May 22. He said the rights of his client's family were violated when the cable network cancelled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" hours after a picture of Mama June with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel was released online in October 2014.

According to Mama June's lawyer, the conduct of Duggar, who was accused of molesting five underage girls, was a lot worse but he got fewer penalties. The lawyer added that Mama June's family is willing to work for the same terms as before.

Looking forward to resolve the matter in court, Mama June's lawyer told the cable network that he believes he can score a jury verdict worth as much as $1 million. He is set to file the lawsuit if the cable network does not take any action before June.

In an interview with ET, Mama June said she still feels cheated still as she was honest with TLC. She claimed that the cable network is aware of the accusations against Duggar since 2006 but did not do anything.

"They kept filming the show, but as soon as rumors started they canceled 'Honey Boo Boo' quick," Mama June said. "I think TLC kept it quiet. That happened with Anna and me. TLC covered it up."
