Taylor Swift Phone Call Could Cancel High School Finals, Pop Singer Says Being Away From Her Cats Is Difficult

If Taylor Swift Calls --

If Taylor Swift calls a teacher in Skyview High School, his students could shake off their History finals.

Ike Stoner, a student in Colter Pierce's History class, tested the reach of his own Twitter and Facebook accounts by making a deal with his teacher. Stoner entered into a deal with Pierce and they shook on it. Thousands of social media users play witness to the deal.

"If Taylor Swift calls me, my students don't have to take their finals," reads the deal that was written on the class whiteboard. The photo of Stoner and Pierce shaking on the deal quickly went viral on Facebook, drawing over one hundred thousand "shares" in two days, KTVQ reported.

Another student named Ashton Goodell participated in the social media call, waiting to see if Taylor Swift would call Colter Pierce. Goodell said it would be "pretty crazy" if the pop idol would make the phone call.

In the same KTVQ report, Pierce said he would still conduct a "much easier" testing to assess his students' knowledge, and the school officials have agreed to his deal with Stoner. The teacher said the students could be driven by the idea that celebrities could be "down-to-earth" people.

"Still no word from Taylor Swift, but this morning there are suddenly articles from ABC/FOX/NBC/CBS affiliates in places like Philadelphia, Houston, Chicago and even New York being posted. Thank you again to everyone for all your support of the students' quest. I think I can safely speak for them when I say they appreciate it very much," reads Pierce's Facebook status update.

Meanwhile, in an interview with ABC, Taylor Swift said the most difficult part of being a pop star is having to leave her cats. Would she add the abovementioned story in future interviews?
