Samsung’s next flagship phablet - Galaxy Note 5, will be unveiled at the IFA 2015 event to be held from Sep. 4 to Sep. 9 in Berlin.

The Korean company is expected to follow its tradition of refreshing the Galaxy Note lineup at the IFA tradeshow every year since 2011.

The upcoming phablet will reportedly pack a new feature - S-Pen Auto Project, along with several upgrades over its predecessor Galaxy Note 4. Samsung has likely designed its S-Pen stylus to feature Auto Project that will eject the stylus from the device, when a user wants it, automatically, according to Patently Mobile, which first spotted the patent, filed in the last quarter of 2014.

“The pen could stay locked into the smartphone and only released until the user provides a special voice command and/or gesture,” read the report.

The Galaxy Note 5 as well as the S-Pen stylus is said to use magnets to firmly keep the stylus in place, when not in use. With a command of gesture, the magnet inside the device can reverse polarity, resulting in ejecting the stylus.

Samsung executive is said to have inadvertently confirmed the device on an investor call, stating that “Samsung Pay mobile payments service will be integrated in the company’s next high-end mobile device,” which Forbes believes is the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Samsung Pay was announced in March this year at the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge event, to compete against payment services such as Apple Pay, Google’s Android Pay. The company has partnered with MasterCard and Visa for the new Pay service and has also acquired LoopPay, back in February, to make use of LoopPay’s Magnetic Secure Transmission technology.

Samsung is also expected to take the wraps off a Gear A Smartwatch, along with the Galaxy Note 4 successor at the IFA Berlin event.
