About 400 Chinese stars graced the 18th Shanghai International Film Festival on June 14, Sunday. The event will last for one week, concluding on June 21, and will showcase an array of movies in various genres.
The show opened with Hong Kong director Derek Lee's "I Am Nobody."
Also occuring during the festival is the Golden Goblet Awards, which will scrutinize 14 movies for the different awards to be given by the end of the event. This year's jury is headed by Russian movie-maker Andrei Zvyagintsev, known for "The Return" and "Leviathan."
