Leaked Moto G (2015) Smartphone Photo Features Updated Hardware

Photos of the Moto G (2015) smartphone are said to have been leaked.

A new photo leaked online appears to show the Moto G (2015) smartphone. It is said to be a prototype of the 3rd-gen Moto G, which has updated hardware.

On June 21, Sunday, HelloMotoHK posted photos of the Moto G )2015) smartphone that is expected to have an updated processor and a higher-resolution rear camera as compared to the 2014 model the 2nd-gen Moto G, which has a Snapdragon 400 chip.

While the Moto G (2015) keeps in line with the predecessor, the original Moto G, it will feature updated hardware. It is said that Motorola's next version of the smartphone will feature a 2,300 mAh battery and 1GB of RAM.

In terms of optics, the Moto 5 (2015) will have a 5-megapixel front facing camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera that come with dual flash, Android Guys reported.

In addition, the Moto G (2015) will have a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor based on ARMv8 architecture, 8GB of storage + microSD card slot, 720p screen, 5-inch 1280 x 720 pixel display, Liliputing has learned.

In general, the updated hardware of the Moto G (2015) is decent enough to get most users through their everyday task. It is yet to be confirmed whether or not the specs for the 3rd-gen Moto G have been finalized.

It appears that there is a growing number of affordable Android smartphones with decent specs recently. Among such smartphones are the $199 Asus Zenfone 2 with an Intel Atom Z3560 Moorefield processor, 2GB of RAM and16GB of storage and the $249 OnePlus One with a Snapdragon 801 processor, 16GB of storage and 3GB of RAM.
