Nick Gordon was the partner of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Shocking details have emerged in the recent lawsuit filed by family of  Bobbi Kristina Brown against Nick Gordon, accusing him of assaulting late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's only child.

The lawsuit was filed by Bobbi Kristina's conservator, Bedelia Hargrove on June 24, Wednesday, right after she is being moved to a hospice care. Hargrove has accused the 25-year-old adopted son of the late singer of dragging the celebrity child upstairs by her hair and physically assaulting her just hours before she was discovered face down and unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31, Us Weekly reported.

When the celebrity child was rushed to hospital, her mouth was swollen and another tooth was missing, allegedly owing to the violent punches by Gordon on her face, claims the recently filed lawsuit.

The lawsuit accuses the late singer's adopted son, who had become Bobbi Kristina's lover and so-called husband after the singer's demise, of manhandling the 22-year-old, who is now lying in a vegetative state since past four months. She is now off all medications and reportedly is likely to pass away any moment.

Gordon had allegedly hijacked Bobbi Kristina's mobile and used to restrain her from meeting anyone without his approval. The lawsuit also claims that the celebrity child was supposed to meet someone on the fateful evening of Jan. 31, with whom she had confided that Gordon was "not the man she thought he was."

The lawsuit, which is seeking $10 million in damages, also mentions that loud noises were heard from the Bobbi Kristina's Georgia home hours before she was found drowned in the bathtub. The self proclaimed lover of the celebrity child has been accused of withdrawing $11,000 from her account after she was rushed to the hospital.

Gordon has yet to comment on the lawsuit filed against him. Meanwhile, he took to Twitter to comment over Bobbi Kristina's admission to hospice care.

"We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don't give up hope," tweeted Gordon, who had entered rehab following a public meltdown while shooting Dr. Phil interview on March 6. He was last spotted on June 12 in Florida and is now reportedly living with his mother, Michelle Gordon, ET Online reported.
