"Nurse Jackie" season 7 episode 12 titled "I Say A Little Prayer" will be aired on Showtime on June 28, Sunday, and Eddie Falco, who plays the title role Jackie Peyton, has revealed what mementos she kept from set.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Falco said did keep the necklace that Jackie Peyton always wears and some of the costumes, which she said were "really comfy." According to the actress that the costumes were among "the lovely things about playing this character" as she wore a lot of comfortable shoes" and it is a "huge relief."
For Falco, she hopes people take away something from "Nurse Jackie" at the end of the day with many fans who were invested in her character for so long. She said wanted people to know that they are not alone.
Falco said wants "Nurse Jackie" fans to learn how to care about people who do not care about themselves and it is "not a weakness on your part that you keep helping them." About drug addiction, she said, "It's just the nature of this illness. It's just tremendously sad."
Also, Falco told Variety that "Nurse Jackie" will be a tough act to follow and if the decision had been up to her, she would have been glad to continue with the Showtime series. She told the publication, "We created a work environment on this show that is unrivaled in my life for the kindness and respect that we had. It was not by accident. It worked for us, and it was magical."
