The 26th Golden Melody Awards--Taiwan's equivalent of the Grammy Awards--rumbled on Saturday evening in Taipei, with stars donning their best for the red carpet.
As the 26th Golden Melody Awards Ceremony proceeded smoothly, winners stepped on the stage happily to receive their awards. The focuses tonight went to the Best Mandarin Male Singer and Best Mandarin Female Singer Awards, which were won by Eason Chan and A Mei, as well as the Best Mandarin Album Award won by Jolin Tsai.
For this year, 131 entries competed for the 26 categories.
