Channing Tatum will star in "Gambit'

The new movie "Magic Mike XXL" is all about male strippers but one should not forget that it also has three beautiful actresses: Jada Pinkett Smith, Andie MacDowell, and Amber Heard. The trio got together recently to discuss the making of the movie and how they received lap dances from their co-stars in the film.

Heard reminisced about the time when she had a telephonic conversation with actor/producer Channing Tatum. The actor asked her if she would be comfortable receiving a lap dance from him on screen. She did not know how to respond to it.

"When I first talked to Channing on the phone about [a certain scene], he was so apologetic," Heard told reporters during a recent press conference, according to Variety magazine. The actress said that Tatum's voice was so "cautionary and polite" that she was confused if she had to go topless for the scene! But Tatum assured her that she would "just be sitting there" and he would do all the action.

Heard asked herself about how "bad" the entire thing could get and agreed to do the scene. However, when she went to the rehearsal she was shocked to see that the scene was not what she had imagined it to be. They hired "1,000 screaming extras" for Tatum's lap dance scene and there was "elaborate erotic choreography" in it.  The actress also revealed that the reactions on her face are all real in that scene. She could not stop laughing at the time of shooting and had lots of fun, Foodworld writes.

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith also talked about a time when she requested director Gregory Jacobs if she could hang around set and watch Matt Bomer's rehearsal. Bomer was to sing a Bryan Adams song at that time and Smith was keen to see him perform. Jacobs allowed her to visit the set and it was then when she and Bomer "had a little special moment." "I got to get a special lap dance from Matt," said the actress.
