CD Projekt Red has just rolled out “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” DLC for Week 7, a new quest, while another DLC has popped up briefly listing a July 1 release date.
An alternate outfit for Ciri is the other DLC that made its way to the Xbox Live listing, with a debut date of July 1 that was changed to July 8, as spotted by Reddit.
Since there is no official word from CD Projekt Red about the alternate look for Ciri, as of now, it is expected to launch as Week 8 DLC, Softpedia reported.
Earlier this week, the developer revealed that a new quest “Where the Cat and Wolf Play,” will be the only free DLC for this week. This was totally an unusual move, as “the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt,” since its launch has been receiving a set of 2 DLCs every week.
The free quest is the #13 DLC out of the total 16 free DLC packs promised by CD Projekt Red, before “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” release. In this quest found in Velen’s Oreton village, Geralt is taken to a city near Honorton, where the citizens are being slaughtered by a mysterious force, a monster named “spook.”
The other 12 DLCs include different armor sets like Temerian Armor Set, Nilfgaardian Armor Set and a Skellige Armor Set, along with a Elite Crossbow Set, a variety of quests such as Contract: Missing Miners, Fool’s Gold Quest, Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Quest and the Skellige’s Most Wanted quest, and an alternate look for Yennefer and Triss, with a Beard and Hairstyle Set for Geralt.
Besides, “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.07 release is also expected to happen this week. The patch, said to a huge update with a large number of amendments to the game, was announced late last month, by community manager Marcin Momot. Rumor has it that the patch 1.07 update will be out by this week. However, CD Projekt Red is yet to reveal a time frame.
