Nexus 6 discounts emerged in different parts of the world that hinted the imminent Google Nexus 2015 smartphone release. Currently, reports indicated that Nexus 6 discounts are offered in United States, United Kingdom, and India.
India is added in the list of countries offering a price cut in the current Nexus 6 smartphone. The smartphone was launched for Rs 44,999 and Rs 49,999 for the 32 GB and 64 GB variants, respectively. The handsets are slashed with Rs 1,000 off, according to First Post.
On the other hand, the popular retailer Flipkart reportedly offers the handsets for Rs 29,999 and Rs 34,999, respectively.
Meanwhile, Nexus 6 discounts is also available in the US and UK. Motorola and Best Buy offer up to $150 discount to the smartphone, while UK Google Play Store reduced the price of the smartphone up to £399.
Meanwhile, LG confirmed that it will be making the next Nexus 2015 smartphone. Android PIT cited an unnamed source claiming that the South Korean-based company will be manufacturing the new Nexus device. The source also said that the smartphone will not be based on the previous Nexus 5 and company's current flagship LG G4. It was previously reported that the new Nexus 2015 smartphone will be manufactured by LG and Huawei.
Rumors claimed that Google Nexus 2015 will sport a 5.2 inch screen display, six-core Snapdragon 808 processor by Qualcomm, and 2,700 mAh battery pack.
Google nor LG confirmed the official Nexus 2015 smartphone release. However, grapevine pointed that the launch may happen this summer rather than in the fall to coincide with the release of Android M.
