Developer CD Projekt Red is all set for “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.07, that is expected to happen pretty soon, possibly next week.

The upcoming patch is said to be larger than the previous patch 1.05 update, and bring about a lot of changes and fixes for the game. There a just few details about the next update including that it will be patch 1.07 on PC and patch 1.06 on Xbox One and PS4 platforms.

“We are working on it. No hold up. The update is quite large so everything needs to be tested properly. We thank you for your patience and understanding,” CD Projekt Red Community Lead Marcin Momot, wrote in the official Forums thread.

Momot also hinted that “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.07 can include possible changes to the inventory and storage system. However, he refrained from revealing any further details and just teased.

“I won’t get into super details here but something is in the works and it should please a lot of people,” Softpedia quoted Momot as saying.

“The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.05 for the console version and patch 1.06 for the PC version, were released just recently, that fixed a number of issues. The developer has already made it clear that there are more patches in the works that will fix all the issue.

Besides the patch updates, the game recently had the #13 DLC, a “Where the Cat and Wolf Play” quest rolled out last week. The next “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” DLC is expected to be an alternate outfit for Ciri, as the DLC was listed on Xbox Live with a debut date of July 8 (earlier July 1). The upcoming DLC will mark the #14 DLC out of the 16 DLC to be launched, before the two massive expansions announced by the developer.

The next “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.07 update is speculated to debut alongside the next DLC, possibly by next week. CD Projekt Red is expected to list the entire change log in the official forums very soon.
