After the infamous video of her licking donut at a California shop went viral, "Problem" hit maker Ariana Grande took to her YouTube account on late hours of July 9 to post a four-minute long video, apologizing to her fans for her actions and comments on hating America.

"But yeah, here I am apologising to y'all, puffy cheeks and all because I feel like seeing a video of yourself behaving poorly that you have no idea that was taken is such a rude awakening that it's like you don't know what to do," says the singer in the black-and-white video.

This is the singer's second video of apology, as the first one was slammed by her fans in which she ranted about bad eating habit of Americans instead of talking about her own behavior.

The singer was referring to her bad behavior evident in another video, which surfaced on July 7, apparently taken from a security camera that appears to show Grande licking the donuts in a shop and saying that she hates America. The video went viral, bringing extreme criticism for the singer on the Internet.

The singer was accompanied by her rumored boyfriend and back-up dancer, Ricky Alvarez, when she visited Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California, Daily Mail reported. In the viral video, the couple can be seen locking lips as a fresh bunch of donuts are placed on the counter before them. As soon as the staff leaves, the singer can be seen maliciously licking a piece, which she did not buy.

On discovering her disgusting act in the shop's footage, its owner, Joe Marin, filed a report with Lake Elsinore police, seeking "criminal charges" against Grande, BuzzFeed News reported.  Another employee, who was present at the time at the shop, went on the record to say that the singer and her friend were extremely "rude and disrespectful."

Meanwhile, Marin, who accused Grande of deliberate food tampering, is now facing legal action himself as police are now reportedly working with the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health to determine whether "the affected donuts were disposed of or sold to another person."
