A father from Utah, whose photographs of his toddler flying has gone viral, has provided inspiration to lots of people, especially parents of kids with Down Syndrome.

Alan Lawrence never imagined that he will touch the hearts of lots of people, particularly other parents and families with kids afflicted with Down Syndrome, with his creatively rendered snapshots.

Photographs of Wil Lawrence, who was born in October 2013 with Down Syndrome, captured the attention of lots of people when his father, an art director, began uploading the images via his Instagram account with clever captions.

Alan simply wanted to share his own experience as a parent who has come to terms with having a child with special needs. His artistic knack led to a variety of shots showing Will flying in different locations, such as bathroom, family study room, grocery aisle, field, sky, and above his siblings while they are busy doing certain activities like reading, above a grassy field, in the forest and in a theme park.

Visually relating how his family has embarked on a journey with a tot with Down Syndrome has created a huge impact.  Alan was able to successfully depict how much joy his son has brought to their family, The Huffington Post reported. His Instagram followers described the photos as amazing; others said the snapshots of Wil flying made them smile.

What began as a simple collection of photographs showing Wil in different backdrops, shared online, has evolved into a full-scale campaign dubbed Bringing Light. Funds raised from the campaign will go to informing and meeting families with children afflicted with Down Syndrome, Today reported
