New leaks about potential features for the OnePlus 2 keep coming. This time, the new information comes officially from OnePlus about two useful multitasking features.

The first is the announcement that the OnePlus 2 will have dual SIM capability. As if this is not yet enough for users who specialize at multitasking even in their devices, GSM Arena reported that the 2015 flagship will also feature dual standby. This was confirmed by OnePlus CEO Liu Zuohu.

In the same announcement, the OnePlus 2's improvement from its predecessor was also highlighted in the form of its upgraded inventory. According to the report, the team has confirmed that the OnePlus 2 will have 50 times more inventory than the OnePlus last year. However, it does not erase the fact that the invite system will be sustained for this year's flagship.

In its latest blog post, OnePlus revealed that the enhanced invite system will make it easier for fans to get the OnePlus 2. The company also revealed a reservation list where people can sign up to receive an invite. There is also a social factor in that those who have purchased a OnePlus 2 will get invites that they can share to friends. These shareable invites will be significantly faster than last year's.

The confidence of the company in its OnePlus 2 appear to be unanimous. In a tweet, the company gave a shout-out to its partners for making the OnePlus 2 possible. However, it also dubbed the device as the 2016 flagship killer.

Considering how fast and how big the steps towards innovations are now in the smartphone industry, this claim may be a bit controversial to some fans and gadget enthusiasts.

With smartphone companies trying to achieve many innovations and the span of time between the release of the OnePlus 2 and next year, there is the question of whether the OnePlus 2's yet unrevealed features are truly a smartphone 2016 killer. Still, for what would appear to be a mid-priced phone, the OnePlus 2 offers a range of good features that have improved from the OnePlus.
