| Jul 22, 2015 10:19 PM EDT

The "Street Fighter V" game will have an all new Necalli character with animalistic fighting style.

Over the weekend, fans got a glimpse of the first original fighter to debut in "Street Fighter V." The brawny and heavy-hitting Necalli made waves at EVO 2015 after he was revealed to be the teased character in Ken's earlier gameplay character reveal.

This time, new and high-res screenshots of the new fighter have been released, WCCF Tech reported. The screenshots feature the different shots and angles during Necalli's fight with Ken in the latter's own gameplay reveal.

He also has fight screenshots with Ken and Charlie As seen in the screenshot above, Necalli's moves can be seen as very primitive, with a lot of pounding for explosive damage.

According to the report, Necalli is the decent fighter to have when aiming for a lot of varied close-range attacks. But more interesting is his V-Trigger, which changes his appearance, as seen in the trailer below. His previous snake-like hair transforms in color and texture, his body markings glow a brighter red and apparently his personality changes for the short period of transformation.

With fans all hyped up and ready for "Street Fighter V," retailers have also started rolling out the codes for the beta of the game, Game Idealist reported. Participating fans will need to download a file size of up to 1.409 GB for the beta, as well as another update of the same size.

The multiplayer beta is available for only five days on the PS4, with four of the six starting players, Chun-Li, Ryu, M. Bison and Charlie. Two others, Birdie and Cammy, will be available for trial on July 25.

Since the beta will be testing the multiplayer aspect of "Street Fighter V," fans should hold off on expectations for local multiplayer. Matchmaking with another player online will be in effect, wherein fans will have to wait for the server to find another player in beta.

"Street Fighter V" is slated for release next year. PC is also expected to undergo beta, although no details have been officially announced yet.
