Following the most successful launch on App Store, the highly anticipated “Fallout Shelter” Android release will happen in just a couple of weeks, on Aug 13.

“Very excited for Android users to begin playing #FalloutShelter on August 13th,” tweeted Bethesda.

At the QuakeCon 2015 conference, the game developer announced that the mobile spinoff will land at the Google Play Store next month, alongside a big update, Game Spot reported.

The update will bring Mr. Handy, a robot assistant in the “Fallout” series to the “Fallout Shelter” game. There is no information about how the players will be able to get Mr. Handy, though is it expected to be as an award, possibly through lunchboxes, International Business Times reported.

Mr. Handy will be able to collect resources automatically and even explore Wasteland. The robot assistant will help in defending the Vault from attackers.

In case of attacks, the update will add new kinds of attacks, along with new enemies like the Deathclaws from the “Fallout” universe. Next to Radroaches, the new update will bring Molerats as infestation.

“Fallout Shelter” was launched on June 14 at the E3 2015 conference alongside the “Fallout 4” announcement. The mobile game became the top downloaded game in more than 48 countries and top downloaded app in around 25 countries, with just the first two weeks, earning $5.1 million. The game also received Touch Arcade’s “Game of the Week,” along with nomination for IGN Entertainment’s “Biggest Surprise.”

The big new update with Mr. Handy, Deathclaws and Molerats, which will more likely be launched on the same “Fallout Shelter” Android release date, will be rolled out simultaneously for both the Android and iOS version of game.
