NBA stars Kevin Durant and Kevin Love will be present in USA Basketball's mini camp in Las Vegas on Aug. 11 to 13 to keep their chances of making the 2016 Summer Olympics, according to ESPN.

The two are not yet ready to play but are attending the camp to meet the conditions set by USA Basketball managing director Jerry Colangelo in making the the team for Rio de Janeiro.

Colangelo emphasized that players who want to be considered for the 12-man Olympic team must make an appearance in the three-day camp at the Univeristy of Nevada in Las Vegas.

Love, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, is still recovering from shoulder surgery, while Oklahoma City Thunder's Durant is dealing with a persistent foot injury.

Other injured players who will be present include New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony, who has a knee injury, the New York Post revealed.

Then there's Dallas Mavericks forward Chandler Parsons, who is likewise bothered by knee problems, and Indiana Pacers' Paul George, who is still recovering his old form after a gruesome leg fracture, who are likely to attend but not play, the ESPN reported.

Among the healthier players that will participate are Los Angeles Clippers' Blake Griffin, Houston Rockets guard James Harden, the Golden State Warriors' foursome of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and new recruits Draymond Green and Harrison Barnes.

Other confirmed attendees, include the Detroit Pistons' Andre Drummond, Portland Trail Blazers' Mason Plumlee, Washington Wizards' Bradley Beal, Utah Jazz's Gordon Hayward, Memphis Grizzlies' Mike Conley, Milwaukee Bucks' Michael Carter-Williams, San Antonio Spurs' Kawhi Leonard and the Orlando Magic's duo of Tobias Harris and Victor Oladipo.

However, the Portland Trail Blazers' point guard Damian Lillard told CBS Radio that he doesn't know why he should go to the mini camp and would probably pass up the chance to make the Olympic team.
