Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher got married in a secret ceremony in July 2015.

"That 70s Show" co-stars Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are taking legal action against a British publication for publishing the unauthorized pictures of their daughter, Wyatt, in two of their articles.

The recent reports state that the newly married couple has issued proceedings in London's High Court against the Daily Mail's publisher, Associated Press. The claims state that the tabloid published the pics of their 10-month-old daughter which were wrongfully taken in one of their family outings.

The pics in question were taken by incessant paparazzi who reportedly hounded over the celeb couple to take some shots of the little child during one of their family outings. The couple, who secretly wedded last month away from the prying eyes of media, is known for leading a private life.

"Ashton and Mila understandably value their private and family life, and in particular their personal time with their daughter," said the couple's lawyer, Paul Tweed, who further added that their client have the right to enjoy family excursions without being pursued by journalists and paparazzi, BBC reported.

The claim also alleges the misuse of private information and breaches of the Data Protection Act and accuses the publication for using the wrongfully taken pics to "promote clothing products by the Mail."

This is not the first time that the publication is facing the ire of Hollywood. In July 2014, "Tomorrowland" actor George Clooney fumed over it for after it printed a story about the mother of his wife Amal Alamuddin. Angelina Jolie also took a legal action against the publication when it uploaded a video wrongfully claiming to show the actress under the influence of heroin, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
