Bandai Namco is set to announce the release date of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" on Monday. The 36th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine of Shueisha has revealed that the new Naruto game releases on Feb. 4, 2016 in Japan.
"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" was earlier speculated to be released this fall on PlayStation 4. Boruto and Sarada will be part of the game as bonuses in the early copies in Japan, shared via Anime News Network.
People who purchase the initial copy of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 in Japan will get Sarada and Boruto as playable characters. These characters also are the main protagonists in "Boruto - Naruto the Movie."
Also, the new Naruto game features a massive number of fighters which is the largest in the history of the series. Moreover, "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" also showcases the Shinobi World War.
The game which was earlier to be released in fall in Japan will be released in February 2016. It is expected that the delay in the release in U.S. and other countries would be announced soon.
Earlier, Bandai Namco released a gameplay video featuring the new battle system. According to the video, players cannot have support characters in the new game, however they can swap the players. Also, as soon as the players enter the Awakening Mode, all the characters also enter the mode.
Bandai Namco will release "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. In Japan, as of now, the release has been announced only for PlayStation 4.
