iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus leaked images suggest minimal design changes.

As Apple's launching of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus this September nears, a new set of photos of the smartphones' components surfaced online.

The new batch of leaked photos of upcoming Apple devices first appeared in French site Nowhereelse.

The new set of leaked photos indicate that the two Apple handsets will feature minimal design changes, showing various flex cables that are tweaked to occupy even less space. Volume rocker, mute switch, power button and LED flash are all located in the flex cable.

Flex cables are now unified to connect all the internal components of the logic board of the device. Images also show that flex changed a little when it comes to the internal parts, indicating that the hardware of iPhone 6s will be the same with iPhone 6, MacRumors reported.

Moreover, an image shows rear camera rings, suggesting that iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus may have a protruding rear-facing camera lens. The leaked images of the camera ring part points out the lens will once again not be flush with the back of the device.

Another photo displays the device's Lightning connector that remains unchanged, headphone jack assembly and microphone. There is also a Home button enclosure, which is painted in gold or champagne hue, according to Slash Gear.

The production of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus is believed to be in the process now, with supporting leaked images of the front panel, rear shell and logic board that surfaced earlier this July. iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s may possibly powered by A9 chip with 2GB of RAM. It will also feature a faster Qualcomm LTE modem, Force Touch, enhanced 12MP rear-facing camera, and the body will be 7000 Series aluminium-made.
