Apple TV is set to be launched by Apple Inc. in September. The TV will have its own Siri voice control, and a brand new remote mechanism.

With slimmer chassis, the all new Apple TV will have a touch pad remote input, operating system that is able to support Siri voice control, new innards, slimmer chasses, Apple A8 chip, and large on board storage, BuzzFeed revealed. The device will be released with its very own App Store as well as a software development suite for all app developers to help populate it.

Apple, the iPhone devices maker, was expected to reveal the Apple TV launch in June during its yearly worldwide developers' conference. While everyone waited for it, the Apple Music service took the pedestal.

The new Apple TV will also have the capacity to identify people by their fingerprints, Patently Apple reported. Apple was granted exclusive patent for its Apple TV's built-in touch ID sensor. This patent has described how the uniquely secure finger print identification can be utilized to gain account access and provide customized user profiles.

In 2013, the iPhone 5s featured finger print scanning. The following year, the Apple TV received similar patent.

The new media playback interface for TV streaming from Apple TV, Netflix, and Hulu is another exclusive patent. This will offer an all new circular progress bar for media playback control. The code integrated in the Apple TV beta has also suggested that the iPhone make is on its way to launching a Bluetooth remote control with trackpad on a multi-touch interface.

Apple TV will also be able to support audio, either input or playback for Siri.
