The size of the Batman: Arkham Knight's new patch update is 4.3 GB.

British video game developer Rocksteady Studios has launched a new patch for “Batman: Arkham Knight”, describing the patch as a huge update.

The new released patch updates the game to version 1.05 and the entire size of it is 4.3 GB. However, if the players have already downloaded the previous updates for “Batman: Arkham Knight”, they would only need to download 1.6 GB of the patch, according to GearNuke.

One of the noticeable updates of this 1.05 update is the new Photo Mode on PlayStation 4, allowing gamers to take photos of Batman or anyone and anything in the game, edit it and instantly share the photo with friends.

Aside from the New Feature: Photo Mode, the patch offers impressive updates for the players. It includes stability fixes, support for additional content to be released in August, the New Feature: Force original voice-cast option for non-English territories, and updates for the WBPlay and Downloadable content. It also contains general gameplay, graphical, audio, UI, and localization fixes.

Gamers can now get “Batman: Arkham Knight” patch 1.05 on PS4 and Xbox One, however, it is not yet clear if the PC edition will get a major update as well.

The game's first expansion launched in July added support for Batgirl DLC, or known as A Matter of Family. It was developed by game studio WB Games Montreal, which also behind the “Batman: Arkham Origins.”

In addition, the release date for August's DLC that includes Arkham Knight DLC pass has not yet been confirmed.

Game titles like “The Last of Us”, “The Order: 1886”, and “Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor” have also received the Photo Mode previously, Gamespot reported.
