Sarah Michelle Gellar conquered the world of television 12 years ago with her titular role as "Buffy - The Vampire Slayer." Now, the actress turned mom shows off to everyone her own daughter's potential to follow her steps as a female action hero.
It was Sarah's husband Freddy Prinze Jr. who first posted a photo of their 5-year-old daughter, Charlotte, showing off her martial arts skills. The former actor hinted with his caption that the lessons Charlotte were taking was in Gracie Academy and that it may be to "bullyproof" their kid.
The toddler of Gellar and Prinze displayed her tough side with a trap and roll move. This martial arts strategy is a popular skill of the sport where the attacked opposes the enemy by controlling the arm and eventually exchanging position or stance.
However, the fans of the former "Buffy" actress made a huge buzz online when Gellar retweeted her hubby's post with a more controversial hashtag of "#FutureSlayer?"
If the fiction character of Buffy as a vampire slayer was true, then there could be a good chance for Charlotte to inherit her mother's role, 15 years or so. The possibility of such will be referenced to the former show's famous introduction of each episode that every generation has an appointed slayer born, Movie Pilot wrote.
The 38-year-old actress first met husband Prinze in the set of the hit 1997 teen horror flick "I Know What You Did Last Summer." They tied the knot on September 1, 2002 and have worked together in other movies such as "Scooby-Doo" and its sequel.
When their marriage turned five years old, Gellar changed her name officially to carry her spouse's last name. They have two kids with Charlotte Grace as the eldest and Rocky James who was born in 2012.
At present, the celebrity family resides in Los Angeles.
