It is rumored that "Mortal Kombat X" will soon get a new DLC pack with a new character "Spawn."

"Tremor" is not going to be the last character in the series of Mortal Kombat X or MKX DLC. It was earlier anticipated that this will be last character addition of the series, but Ed Boon, who is the co-creator and creative director for Mortal Kombat rubbished this rumor recently.

Boon tweeted, which threw a lot of hints towards the introduction of a new character in the series. He further hinted that "Story Pack," "Jurassic Kombat," "Kombat Pack 2 Tremor," and "Spawn" may be one of the new characters in the Mortal Kombat X DLC.

According to Gamespot, there is a strong possibility that 'Spawn' will make the final cut and be the next addition to the game out of the other contenders.

"Tremor" actually marks the end of the "Kombat Pack 1" list of characters and not the entire series. There are a few more names which are rumored to be included in the coming update of "Mortal Kombat X DLC." These names include "Baraka," "Rain" and "Sindel." Gamers are hoping for their inclusion because these three characters are available in the game since a long time but are not yet playable.

Other rumored characters include "Bo' Rai Cho," "Fujin" and "Kabal." Before the release of the game, many fans were disappointed that the main characters like "Sindel," "Smoke," "Noob," "Baraka" and "Night Wolf" were not playable. However, since they will be unlocked now, so the players can look forward to some new excitement in the gaming series.

So far, the gamers saw some impeccable players like "Jason Voorhees," "Tanya," "Tremor," "Predator" as well as "Goro."

However, the question of which character makes it to the next level is yet to be decided. Developers are yet to issue any official statement regarding its list of new characters.
