'Elder Scrolls 6' Release Delayed; Bethesda Focusing on 'Fallout 4'

It is reported that the much-anticipated "Elder Scrolls 6" release will be delayed as the game developer Bethesda is instead focusing on "Fallout 4." 

Meanwhile in order to appease the fans, Bethesda recently announced that "Elder Scrolls Legend" will be released for iPad and PC. "Elder Scrolls Legend" DLC is also expected to be released within this year, according to IGN

Pete Hines, who is the Pete Hines, Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing at Bethesda Softworks confirmed this unsettling news at the GamesCom event.

In an interview to Telegraph, Hines revealed that the "Elder Scrolls 6" can be expected by 2017. Hines also revealed that his company is focusing solely on the "Fallout 4" game, with everyone at the firm working overtime on it. 

The company is well known for focusing on one thing at a time and deliver it with excellence. Hence, this news did not come as a surprise for many people.

Also, the team which works for developing these games is not very big as compared to other game developing companies. Hence single-minded devotion is necessary in order to deliver flawless work. 

It was almost four years since the "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" was released, and so fans are anticipating the next game in the series with a lot of expectations. 

"The Elder Scrolls 6" will be based on Skyrim and set in the Summer Isles. It will showcase a lot of sunshine and summery landscapes. There is still a debate over the official location for the game, with the top choices being Valenwood and Elsweyr.

In addition, there is also an ongoing debate for the title of the game with the top chocies being Argonia and Red Guard.
