"Criminal Minds" season 11 will commence with a bang when the CBS show comes back in September, yet there are concerns of a possible exit of a Behavioral Analyst Unit member.

According to Zap2It, "Criminal Minds" season 11 will debut on Sept. 30 at 9 p.m. on CBS. In the episode 1 of the sequel, the BAU team will track down a serial murderer on the hunt for revenge. Aisha Tyler will feature in the show in a recurring role cast as Dr. Tara Lewis.

However, it is official that a regular BAU member will be going for leave in season 11 of the show. In an interview with the same publication, Matthew Gray Gubler unveiled a major spoiler for the next chapter of "Criminal Minds."

Gubler pointed out that one of the members would be leaving in an episode that he will be in charge as a director in Season 11. The actor plays Dr. Spencer Reid in the CBS series.

Apparently, it is hard to see any of the central BAU members leave the show. Viewers have already undergone enough disappointment on the same note, most recently when Kate Callahan (Jennifer Love Hewitt) left in Season 10.

It is unlikely for Gubler to leave the show because he is the one directing the segment in which a character has to exit, and it would look unrealistic for him to direct an episode for his own departure. Similarly, Reid's personal life and behavior inclination will be central in season 11 making him unlikely to leave.

It is A.J. Cook, who plays Jennifer Jareau, who is likely to leave the show. The actress will not be casting in the first few episodes of the sequel because she is expecting her second child - she may exit on maternal responsibility account.

Another possible character to exit is David Rossi (Joe Mantegna). Although he appears to be the most important member of the team, his character is nearer to ending than the rest of the team members. Mantegna's exit can be made easily without major twists on the plot of the show.
