Subway spokesman Jared Fogle's world is crashing. After the fast food chain suspended his contract in July following the raid in his home in Zionsville, Indiana, Subway announced on Wednesday in a Facebook post that it has ended its relationship with Fogle.

But the worse it yet to come as 37-year-old Fogle could spend at least 5 years in prison and pay damages of $1.4 million to his victims as part of a deal he made with federal prosecutors after pleading guilty to child sex and porn charges, reports USA Today.

According to the charging documents, Fogle asked the executive director of his charity, the Jared Foundation, to make porn with several underage children as actors. One of them was only six years old.  Fogle also flew at least two underage girls to New York City where he had sex with them. The sex trip travels were made to coincide with his business trips to the city.

Another hit on Fogle's life is the announcement on Wednesday by his second wife, Katie McLaughlin Fogle, of her decision to file for divorce. The couple has two children whom Katie said would be her focus. Fogle's immediate family said they were "shocked and profoundly disappointed in Jared's abhorrent criminal behavior."

Jeremy Margolis, defense lawyer of the embattled former Subway spokesman, said that his client is aware of his medical problem and has sought evaluation by a good psychiatrist. Fogle will also seek proper treatment, reports People.

Fogle attributed the loss of 240 pounds in 1998 to the Subway diet in an ad for the fast food chain in 2000. In 2004, he created the foundation to raise awareness about childhood obesity. Since then, he had made over 300 ads for Subway franchises. On top of that, Fogle was paid for appearances that boosted his net worth to $15 million.
