Unbeaten American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr added another expensive toy to his garage. In an Instagram post, he boasted of buying a new Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita worth $4.8 million.

To further emphasize that he is overflowing with money, Mayweather wrote, "KOENIGSEGG Is An ULTRA Boutique Automobile Manufacturer For The Super Rich. KOENIGSEGG made only 2 TREVITA'S for the World, and this is No.2 of 2. In addition it is the only USA Spec TREVITA Built in the World," quotes Washington Post.

The car maker is from Sweden. It is not even a Super Car, but a Hyper Car, adds Mayweather who earned $260 million on his May 2 bout against Manny Pacquiao.

The car zooms from 0 to 60 miles in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 250 miles per hour, reports TMZ. The new car has a black and white trim and silver body.

It is Mayweather's ninth car. His eight other cars, worth $54 million, are three Ferraris, a Porsche, Lamborghini and three Bugattis. The boxer, who will end his professional boxing career with a whimper by picking easy-to-beat Haitian boxer Andre Berto as his opponent on September 12, also owns a Gulfstream V private jet worth $47 million.

However, while the new car is the most expensive, it is not the fastest. His two Bugatti Veyrons have top speeds of 267 mph and the Bugatti Grand Sport is slightly faster at 254 mph.

While all his super cars are speed monsters, Mayweather's bout versus Berto is on a slow lane, based on sales of tickets on the secondary market.
