Rory McCann is rumored to make a comeback in "Game of Thrones" season 6.

The recent sighting of Rory McCann, 46, in Belfast has triggered the speculation that his character, Sandor Clegane, in the popular fantasy-drama series, "Game Of Thrones," is set to make a comeback in season 6.

McCann has been reported to be present at a Belfast hotel where the show's cast and crew usually put up while filming in the city, Watchers On The Wall reported. Since the Scottish actor has no other apparent business in the city other than his association with the hit HBO series, it is highly speculated that he will be seen again in the upcoming season.

McCann's character, Sandor Clegane, who was also known as the Hound, was last seen in season 4 when he was left badly wounded following a duel with Brienne of Tarth. The Hound was considered dead by the fans as the he was abandoned in the middle of nowhere after his brutal beat down, which saw him fall from a cliff, break his leg and have part of his ear bitten off.

Now, with the reports of McCann's presence in Belfast indicate that the Hound has somehow survived the ordeal, The book theory also suggests that the Hound was leading an anonymous life as a gravedigger at a monastery and his existence is now revealed by Meribald.

According to another theory, since the visions and flashback is going to play a bigger role in season 6, it is also likely that McCann is in Belfast only to film a small part in one of Bran's dream-like sequences.

Other than McCann, Natalie Tena and Art Parkinson were also spotted in Belfast, Vanity Fair reported. The two, Osha and Rickon Stark, were last seen in season 3 when they travelled up north and took refuge with a family called Umber.
