The filming for "House Of Cards" season 4 has already started with the reports of the writers brainstorming to develop a high-on-emotions dramatic season. Recent reports have hinted that the upcoming season is likely to premiere on March 4, 2016 although the date is yet to be confirmed officially.

Although not much is known about the plot line of the season 4, it is reported that the producers are looking for people with a medical background.  The production team is looking for extras who are in the age bracket of 25-5o, preferrably from medical profession, with no facial hair or unnatural color and should be available any time of the day or night, Baltimore Sun reported.

The show's requirement for multiple extras in medical field have triggered the rumor that the a major portion of the upcoming season will be based in a hospital with some major character of the show ending up there.

The season 3 ended with the rift between Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) and his equally power-hungry wife Claire Underwood (Robin Wright). Although this is not the first time that the couple has threatened to part ways, this time it seems to be more serious and the two are likely to remain separated during the major portion of the upcoming season.

Frank will face another battle as his former allies, Remy (Mahershala Ali) and Jackie (Molly Parker), have joined hands to turn up against him.

Meanwhile, "Scream" actress Neve Campbell is reported to have joined the cast of the Netflix drama series. The actress will play the part of a young couple who is likely to gain immense power amidst the fallout of Frank and Claire, eventually threatening their position.

To counter the threats posed by the new young couple, Frank and Claire will reunite later in the highly-anticipated season and will even adopt a child to project their positive image in the public, Ecumenical News reported.
