‘Captain America: Civil War’ Plot Details, Spoilers Revealed; This Major Superhero Will Not Appear In The Movie

Captain America and Iron Man will clash in Joe Russo and Anthony Russo’s upcoming Marvel film “Captain America: Civil War.”

Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man) and Chris Evans (Captain America) starrer "Captain America: Civil War" marks the beginning of Phase Three of Marvel Cinematic Universe. It happens to be one of the most highly anticipated and most talked about movies of the year 2016. The thirteenth instalment of the MCU will see the superheroes stand divided due to a major conflict. So what will put Iron Man and Captain America at odds? A recent report claims that the superheroes will clash due to the matters related to the "Accords." Read on to find out the details.

For all this time, "Captain America: Civil War" plot rumours claimed that Iron Man and Captain America come to blows over the issue of Superhero Registration Act just like in the comic book. The controversial act demands those with superhuman abilities to reveal their complete identities while registering themselves with the government.

However, a new report by Birth. Movies. Death. claims that "Captain America: Civil War" storyline may have some similarities with Mark Millar and Steve McNiven's comicbook series, but it may not be exactly alike. The report notes that the Accords are a "global move to govern the superheroes." It is said that it has nothing to with superheroes secret identities. But it is more about "responsibility," accountability and to "whom these heroes answer to." This will lead to difference of opinion between the two Avengers, Iron Man and Captain America. While Iron Man and his team supports the new move by the government, Captain America will lead the team of those who have no faith in such an act considering the fact that SHIELD eventually turned to be Hydra in disguise.

Fans must note that the associated people are yet to comment and the official synopsis is yet to be announced. Thus it is wise to consider the information as mere rumour.

Meanwhile, the buzz is that a major superhero may not show up in "Captain America: Civil War." Towards the end of "Avengers: Age of Ultron," Mark Ruffalo's Hulk/Bruce Banner took off to a mysterious place, leaving fans wondering where he went and why.

It seems the answer will not be revealed anytime soon. Speaking to Bastaste.it (via comingsoon.net), Mark Ruffalo revealed that his character the Hulk has been cut from the movie.

"The reason is too great to be revealed in this movie (Civil War). I was in the script but then they removed my character. They don't want to reveal where is he and why. I don't even know if Hulk will be back soon," Mark Ruffalo told the abovementioned website.

Mark Ruffalo once told IGN that the Hulk is "going to space" and hinted at the discussion about "Planet Hulk." It seems fans will have to wait a little longer to figure what their fan-favourite superhero is up to and when will he be back from his secret mission.

"Captain America: Civil War" hits the theatres on May 6, 2016. Stay tuned for more updates.
