‘House of Cards’ Season 4 Spoilers: No Delays To Avoid Coinciding With 2016 Presidential Elections?

"House of Cards" season 3 left fans not only shocked but confused and eager to see what will happen in the next season. Rumor mills are currently focusing on informing and giving definite answers to fans of the Netflix show season 4 premiere.

Latest news indicates that the release date for season 4 will not coincide with the 2016 presidential elections. An article on NetflixLife reveal that the Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright starrer TV show will not be delayed until late 2016 when presidential elections will be taking place.

Conventionally, Netflix series are released within a gap of a month or two weeks. However, it still remains to be a rumor regarding the release date of "House of Cards."

"House of Cards" season 4 is among the most awaited TV series to come out next year. The show focuses on its main characters, Frank (Kevin Spacey) and Claire Underwood's (Robin Wright) political aspirations and their diabolical strategies to achieve their objectives.

At the moment, show producers have only teased that a new power couple will feature in the storyline of season 4. Actress Neve Campbell, who has signed on as a series regular is one half of the power couple joining the show. Furthermore, the new season may include the death of Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly), the Chief of Staff of Frank Underwood.

Meanwhile, recently Spacey dished that his asides on the show are about Republican candidate Donald Trump.

As reported by Daily Mail, during his appearance on Stephen Colbert's "The late Show", Spacey said, "The truth is. When I'm looking directly at that camera. There's one person and one person only and that is Donald Trump. Now it all starts to make sense."

'House of Cards" season 4 will likely be released between February and March 2016 on Netflix.
