WWE Night of Champions 2015

The Night of Champions saw a change of the guards as far as the holder of the WWE Tag-team, Intercontinental, Divas and United States championships are concerned. Meanwhile, Seth Rollins somehow and someway kept the World Heavyweight championship strapped around his waist but not before going through a lot of punishment (including the Demon himself) to stay as the no.1 guy in WWE. The 2015 Night of Champions ended on a big note as Kane came out of nowhere to inflict more damage on Rollins, who already suffered too much at the hands of John Cena, Sting and the opportunist Sheamus.

Slated to defend the United States and WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Rollins entered the ring as confident as ever downplaying the threat presented by John Cena in their United States Championship rematch and Sting in their WWE World Heavyweight championship clash.

The immense confidence dwindled significantly when he lost his US Championship to John Cena in another classic encounter between the two top-notch wrestlers. Rollins, who became a double champion by unifying and the US and WWE championship at SummerSlam, had several opportunities to close out the match but he just couldn't fend off a more hungry and furious Cena in his quest to become the US champion for a fifth time.

Still licking his wounds from the previous match, Rollins had to survive another stage of hell in a physically-draining match with the icon. Sting, hungry for his first ever WWE championship, went all out against Rollins, placing the champion in his famous Scorpion Death Lock and connecting the Sting and Scoring Death Drop. Yet, Rollins was able to roll with the punches as he countered Sting's submission move and pinned him for the win.

However, when all things appeared the night still belonged to the champion, Sheamus surprised everybody as he hammered Rollins with a Brogue kick, sending the champ flat in the canvass. But Sheamus' plan to cash in his Money in the Bank and pin down a helpless Rollins was later on foiled by the arrival of the Big Red Machine.

Wearing back his mask and most of all, no longer working for the Authority, Kane choke slammed Rollins, sending a message across the WWE Universe that he's out to destroy his former Bosses and their main man.

Crowded battle for the World Heavyweight Championship:

Believe it or not, the WWE World Heavyweight championship has progressed well since Rollins grabbed it at Wrestlemania. Expect it to be more prestigious when six men battles for it inside the demonic structure known as Hell in a Cell.

WWE already dropped a mammoth of a headliner after announcing the rubber match between the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar at Hall in a Cell. But the next PPV event could even become bigger if the World Heavyweight championship title match will be contested by six men inside Hell in a Cell.

Hell in a Cell presents better opportunity for the WWE more than Elimination Chamber match could bring. Staging the staging inside the cell could revive the glory days of the Attitude era, the time when the Rock, Triple-H, Kurt Angle, the Undertaker, Rakishi and Stone Cold Steve Austin duking it out for supremacy.

So who will be the cast of this Hell in a Cell special? We are talking about Rollins, Kane, Sting, John Cena, Sheamus and possibly a returning Daniel Bryan. It's a high time to be a WWE fans again, and everything that transpired at the Night of Champions could lead to something big at WWE Hell in a Cell 2015.
