‘Pan’: Hugh Jackman’s Sword Fails Him In His Bloopers

Hugh Jackman will play Blackbeard in Joe Wright's "Pan."

"X-Men" actor Hugh Jackman has shared a funny moment in Joe Wright's upcoming adventure fantasy film "Pan."

Jackman is set to play the villain Blackbeard in Wright's forthcoming film and he recently shared a video on his official Instagram account. The video appears to be a blooper while filming one of his film sequences as Blackbeard.

The clip showed Blackbeard on his way through a cloth screen by slashing it, but he fails. After tearing the cloth, Blackbeard tries to rip it apart and go through it, which showed a bit of struggle. While Blackbeard had a hard time with the cloth, Jackman went through it with a grin. Overall, Jackman's clip got more than 65,000 likes and more than 600 comments.

With his caption "There's a treasure chest of these sensationally embarrassing moments," Jackman remained a good sport, as per Entertainment Weekly.

Jackman is known as the adamantium-clawed mutant Wolverine in the "X-Men" films and he has the stabbing and slicing skills with his metal claws. Meanwhile, his character Blackbeard would have to practice more with the sword, as per Cinema Blend.

The actor has used various social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram to update fans about his film projects. Aside from his Blackbeard post on Instagram, the "X-Men" actor also used Twitter ato know his fans' thoughts on the story they would want to see for his last stand as Wolverine.

"Pan" follows the story of an orphan who reached the magical place called Neverland. Along with fun and peril, he finds out his fate, which is to become the iconic flying hero in Disney's classic tale "Peter Pan."Aside from Jackman, the film stars Nonso Anozie, Garrett Hedlund, Amanda Seyfried, Cara Delevingne, Rooney Mara, and Levi Miller as Pan.

Directed by Wright, "Pan" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on Oct. 9, 2015.
