‘The Good Wife’ Spoilers: Vanessa Williams Reprises Role In Season 7 [VIDEO]

As the season 7 of "The Good Wife" returns this November, one particular role is expected the most. It appears that Vanessa Williams will join the cast of this favorably acclaimed drama series.

Williams will be featured in the "The Good Wife" season 7 as Courtney Boalt. Her character is an exceptionally prosperous, self-made businesswoman. Boalt is potentially interested in backing Peter Florrick's (Chris Noth) campaign for President and in the procedure meets Eli Gold (Alan Cumming) creating a mutual attraction.

Showrunners and executive producers Robert and Michelle King said, "There are very few names you can put side-by-side that make you laugh." It looks like even the producers are also excited of the coming appearance of Williams and her recurring role.

Williams is one of the most respected and multi-faceted performers in the entertainment industry today, Louisville Orchestra reported. Her appearance in the show brings a new side of the series. The plotlines will also show a different angle that will eventually show a more attuned Williams as she takes on the role.

The previous season of "The Good Wife" was thrilling to the core, and it appears that as the next season comes near, more thrilling excitement will resonate as well.

For the non-enthusiasts, "The Good Wife" stars Julianna Margulies, Christine Baranski, Matt Czuchry, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Alan Cumming, Zach Grenier and Cush Jumbo. It is produced by Scott Free Productions and King Size Productions, in association with CBS Television Studios. Ridley Scott, Robert King, Michelle King, Brooke Kennedy, David W. Zucker, Leonard Dick and Craig Turk are the executive producers, of the show Spoiler TV reported

There is still much fire and spectacular plotlines as the "The Good Wife" returns for its seventh season. The season premiere is on Sunday, October 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network.
