"Devious Maids" was recently renewed by Lifetime for another season.
In an interview with Deadline, Lifetime executive vice president Liz Gateley said that the renewal was borne by the fact that the series has been receiving good ratings throughout the first three years.
"'Devious Maids' is a steady hit that continues to deliver for us. It has found a loyal audience that is socially engaged with the show," she said.
The series ended last season with a shocking twist. Not only did Evelyn Powell decide to split from her husband; the latter could have also been killed in the fire.
Other than this, fans are also curious to know what will happen to Taylor and Katie after the two eloped and the young kid used the name Rosie as her disguise.
Also in season 3, Rosie's ex-husband confessed to being involved with the cartel. After Rosie found out about this, she decided to reach out to her current husband Spence.
However, there is a chance that their relationship could no longer be fixed, especially after all of the trust issues they face.
Meanwhile, fans are also wondering what will happen to Zoila and her boss and good friend Genevieve. Last season, the latter was left with a grueling task to choose between Zoila or her baby.
In other news, Carmen could once again search for love in the upcoming season especially after she found out that her former flame was a bad guy.
"Devious Maids" season 4 will premiere on Lifetime sometime next year, according to TV Line.
