Chelsea's Eden Hazard (L) and Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.

La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona have something in common right now, aside from having their superstars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi struggling to score at the moment, and that is their craving to acquire two separate Premier League talents.

Los Blancos is reportedly targeting Chelsea and Belgium winger Eden Hazard while Barça wants Luis Suarez's former Liverpool teammate Philippe Coutinho when the transfer window re-opens this January.

Mirror reported that the two players are currently "wanted in Spain" as managers Rafael Benitez and Luis Enrique looks to reinforce their squads for the second half of the 2015-2016 season.

The 24-year-old Hazard, who was the PFA Player of the Year awardee last season, had been struggling with the defending English champs as he only has one goal in six appearances so far. But Benitez is reportedly looking at him as a possible replacement for Ronaldo, who recently expressed his desire to come back to Manchester United and finish his career alongside old pal Wayne Rooney.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is said to be willing to shell out Ronaldo-like figures to snatch Hazard from England as he has the option to sell either Ronaldo or Gareth Bale to the Red Devils this January.

Meanwhile, the Catalonia giants are coveting the services of Coutinho, who is also struggling with Liverpool this season with only one goal in six games as well.

Barça is reportedly planning to bid for the 23-year-old Brazilian if not this January then next summer, via Caught Offside. With the current struggles of Brendan Rodgers' side this season and the rumors of his forthcoming sacking, Coutinho may want to get out of Anfield before the team self-destructs.

Enrique is said to be planning to use the Rio native as a replacement for former midfielder Xavi, who at 35 years old is now playing with Qatari club Al Sadd and preparing a career in coaching.
