‘Mistresses’ Season 4 Cast: The Series Renewed; Jennifer Esposito Leaves The Show?[VIDEO]

The "Mistresses" was so successful for the past three seasons that fans could not wait to see season 4 to be aired. Finally, it has been revealed that a season 4 is on the way and spoilers have shown that Jennifer Esposito might not be a part of the cast of the season 4.

Although it was previously stipulated that season 4 of the "Mistresses" might not occur, fans were hopeful nonetheless. ABC's revelations on September 25 that "Mistresses" will be renewed for season 4 has ended the rumors that the show will not return. The revelations that came assuring of the season 4 proved to be a good news to the fans and enthusiasts all across the globe. ABC's "Mistresses" will soon rock the world as the new season begins.

However, it appears that although the news is a joyful one, a negative setback is bringing fans to a halt. Deadline reported that Esposito, who joined the lead cast in Season 3, succeeding original co-star Alyssa Milano, will not return.

More heated episodes are expected for the next season of the "Mistresses" as TV Line reported that the season 4 of the "Mistresses" will feature 14 hot episodes. In the previous season of the Mistresses," there were only 13 episodes but it appears that the new sequel will add up one more plot.

Looking back at the rating of the season 3 finale, it illustrated 2.7 million total viewers and a 0.6 rating as well. Even though the show ended in a cliffhanger, adults 18-48 rating were higher by 57 percent in Live+3.

Also, ABC has further disclosed that they were able to save on the cost when ABC moved to Canada. The "Mistresses" will still cast Yunjin Kim, Rochelle Aytes, Jes Macallan, Brett Tucker and Rob Mayes.

As the tale progresses on the lives of four women and their illicit affairs, hotter revelations are expected to be seen in the season 4 of the "Mistresses."
