New spoilers have been revealed for Thor Freundenthal's upcoming Season four of the television series "Arrow."
According to Green Arrow TV, Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen gets a new costume and a new code, along with the series' new title, "Green Arrow." Created by resident costume designer Maya Mani, Queen's most recent Arrow suit is a vivid renaissance of the titular superhero's leather, hooded vigilante suit.
Along with Amell, David Ramsey's John Diggle is also getting a uniform with a helmet. Meanwhile, Neal McDonough is set to play villain Damian Dahrk in the series and it has been revealed that he is without a doubt attached with H.I.V.E.
The first episode of Season four follows Queen and Felicity's getaway being halted, as Thea and Laurel visit them and inform Queen that his help is needed in Star City, as per Spoilers Guide. The publication also said that the city was invaded by a group of assassins called "Ghosts," which is headed by Darhk. Upon Queen's return, Diggle tells him that he was unwelcome to the team.
Mr. Terrific will also join the series and the incarnation of the character will be a "gay" man. Along with him, Batman's adversary Anarky is also set to join the television series.
"Arrow" was renewed for a fourth season as "Green Arrow" on Jan. 11. Aside from Amell, Ramsey, and McDonough, "Green Arrow" also stars Katie Cassidy, Emily Bett Rickards, Willia Holland, and John Barrowman. Returning cast members include Brandon Routh, Alexander Calvert, Echo Kellum, Jimmy Akingbola, Caity Lotz, Jeri Ryan, Parker Young, Rutina Wesley, and Elysia Rotaru.
With Freudenthal set to helm the film, Greg Berlanti and Beth Schwartz are on board to pen the story while Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle will be in charge of the teleplay.
Freudenthal's "Green Arrow" is slated to be premiere on The CW on Oct. 7, 2015.
